HS Digitals ("we", "us") is a UK-based provider of AI sales-automation services for businesses in the UK, UAE and Gulf region. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is handled — both for visitors to our website and for the customers of businesses that use our AI assistants.
1. Data we collect
From website visitors and prospects: name, business name, contact details (email, phone/WhatsApp), industry and message content you submit via our demo form, email or WhatsApp.
Through AI assistants operated for our clients: conversation messages, and the details a customer chooses to share during a conversation (typically name, phone number, requirements such as budget, area and timeline). We collect this on behalf of the client business as their processor.
2. How we use data
- To respond to enquiries and arrange demos
- To operate the AI assistant: generate responses, remember conversation context, and deliver captured leads to the relevant business
- To send lead notifications (email) and log leads (Google Sheets) for the business you contacted
- To improve the configuration and reliability of our services
We do not sell personal data. We do not use client conversation data to train AI models.

4. Legal basis & roles
For our own marketing and sales (website, demos), we act as a data controller, relying on legitimate interest and consent. For AI assistants operated for client businesses, the client is the controller of their customers' data and we act as a processor under their instructions. Where required, we enter into data processing agreements with clients.
5. Retention
- Conversation memory is capped and older messages are automatically trimmed as part of normal operation.
- Lead records belong to the client business and live in their own Google Sheet and inbox.
- Prospect enquiries to us are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- On termination of a client engagement, we delete conversation data held in our systems within 30 days.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including UK GDPR and UAE PDPL), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at hunzala@hsdigitals.com. If your data was collected by an AI assistant operated for one of our clients, we may direct your request to that business as controller. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, credentials are stored in secured connection vaults rather than in code, and access is limited to what the service requires. No system is perfectly secure; we act promptly on any suspected incident and will notify affected parties where required by law.
8. Private AI deployments
For clients on our Private AI Deployment, conversation processing runs on dedicated infrastructure under a specific data processing agreement, and data residency terms are agreed individually.
